From so distant away
Blazing all over now
And tomorrow todayTo be once forgotten
Is twice fulfilled
Surrender myself
To the strength of your willYou eclipse me
When you glimpse me
Dry and dusty earth
Sucking up with thirst
Leaving you full
Feeling me pull
I'm empty
I'm gone
Given all up to you
And now we're back to oneCan the sun see the moon
As it comes into play?
Like the Goddess of Night
Reflecting the dayI'm part of you now
An end to any me
The hand can only die
When the body sets it freeLove, they say, is sacrifice
For all is surely done
To let the life of two
