Fortune:

I'd been not playing this family until I got University because I always wanted Su Wan to be the first sim that got to attend university. Here she is as a young adult, already making important friends at college:

Here's a picture of her dorm (a somewhat modified Maxis dorm). Su Wan had the large corner-room:

And here are her dorm-mates:

George McCarthy, ex-NPC sales teen, who came with a *lot* of skill points, who majored in Philosophy and spent most of his time smoking weed blowing bubbles and just woohoo'd his Prof to get good grades:

Tosha Go, ex-Townie, who majored in Drama, and also gained a lot of reputation as a really talented lover of women (so much that people came to cheer her on *g*):

Sophie Miguel, ex-Townie, who I moved into her own rented home after 2 semesters, because I wanted to see what non-Dorm-play was like. She majored in Mathematics and was mostly just focussed on her studies.

Stinky Creep, who spent most of his time playing pool:

And Black Girl, who moved in after Sophie Miguel moved out, and who once spent 5 days locked into Stinky Creep's room (she was in there when he decided to lock it). It was rather disturbing, whenever I went into Buy mode, you could see her standing in a corner in a puddle of pee.

But Su Wan took almost no notice of the others in her dorm - she spent most of her time on the computer, working hard:

Ok, I lie - she did like Tosha. They actually had an affair, but she was just a college distraction for Su Wan, who lost interest in her after graduating.

After her graduation (summa cum laude in Economics), Su Wan moved back home, and, influenced by her mother, decided to get in touch with her Eastern heritage.

After I didn't manage to hook up Su Ming with Billy Everyman as I had planned when I created her, I decided that I wanted to play the Fortune family as a succession of single women with Fortune aspirations who'd pass down their highly successful Business to their daughters. So the first thing Su Wan did after getting home from college was to get impregnated (by imported Chinese sperm. She had no interest in trying to find a live male to do the woohoo with). After all, her mother still had 3 days left as an adult, so Su Wan wanted to get the birth of the next Fortune heir out of the way:

And here's her little girl, Su Shen. I was at first thrilled to see that the kid had apparently gotten the blonde hair of his grandfather Donald Cheater, but after Su Shen turned into a toddler, she reverted back to black hair and eyebrows. *sniff*

Soon after Su Shen's birth, Su Ming turned into an elder. She hadn't retired yet - Su Wan still had to get one more promotion before she's ready to take over the family business (she did retire shortly before Su Shen turned into a child).

And here's Su Shen as a child. She builds skills at about 3 or 4 times the rate of other children, and has managed to max out 2 skills and get a number of points in all others while still a child.

So once she turned into a teenager, I really had no choice but to give her the Knowledge aspiration.

NormalAlien:

Starr Normals was one step away from reaching the top of the Scientist career after only 8 days of work (yay for Knowledge sims who do nothing but work on skills). Her scientific work mostly focussed on understanding her genetic heritage, and eventually she had extracted enough of her alien father's DNA to impregnate herself with it.

Here's the result: a healthy boy named Rivden.

All of Starr's overtures of friendship towards other sims never worked - for some reason, even the Pleasanttown inhabitants, who were used to seeing green-skinned people, found her strange. But now that she had her son, she no longer minded as much.

Rivden grew into an inquisitive and nice child, and had a happy childhood. Sure, most kids at school thought he was strange and refused to associate with him, but he didn't mind that much.

Interestingly enough, it was the mother of Rivden's only friend, Sasa Strict, who became Starr's first friend as well.

And here's Rivden after transitioning to teenager - and of course, he's a knowledge sim just as his mother. In case you're wondering about his looks: I have a custom Pollination Technician, with different (somewhat better looking) genetics.

Breeder:

First of all, because I've never taken one before, here's a nice screen shot of Sky Prayer:

Ok, on to the more disturbing parts. First up is teenaged Nathaniel, who has a new male best friend, townie Ricky Cornier. But Ricky thinks that Nathaniel is getting a bit too touchy-feely, and finally accuses Nathaniel of being gay. And history seems to be repeating itself: the accusation makes Nathaniel insanely furious (yeah, he protests a bit too much...), and soon enough, Ricky finds himself locked in a burning room. Say goodbye to Ricky, everyone.
[but considering that he's the townie teen who I found most annoying, I can't say I mind that much. *g*]

Shortly after the family had dealt with the repercussions of having to hide another murder on their land, the next drama was unfolding. It all started with young Adah no longer being able to contain her Romance nature. Unfortunately, she couldn't have picked a worse person for falling in love with than Ivy Copur, who was, after all, not only black but also female... It wasn't long before Tobias, who'd been keeping a close eye on Adah already, discovered them:

Oh, he'd never been more furious. His immediate reaction was to beat Ivy Copur to a bloody pulp.

And then... he turned his attention to Adah...

Let's just say that... there's a reason there was a double bed in the room where he punished her. She was also forbidden to ever leave the house again, and was locked into a small room most of the day - she was only allowed out twice a day for meals and using the bathroom.

Sky Prayer spent her elder years very unhappily, constantly worrying about her daughters: one locked up, and the other working like a house-elf... She died after only a few days as an elder. Sorry, I neglected to take a picture (I didn't even notice when it happened. One day, she was just gone, and I eventually found an urn in the upstairs corridor).

Meanwhile, Tobias' wife Daniela was pregnant with their first child. It turned out to be a daughter, who was named Dinah. Tobias was rather disappointed: girls are worthless, after all...

Only a day later, during one of the few excursions from her jail room, Adah suddenly went into labor! And everyone pretty much guessed just who was responsible for this - only Tobias was thinking of his wife, and that was probably because he was afraid how she'd react to this. Adah had a healthy girl that she named Annuncia.

That was the last time she had anything to do with her daughter - Tobias forced her into the local nunnery immediately afterwards.

Daniela was disgusted and incensed, and packed up Dinah and left as fast as she could. Tobias wasn't happy to see her go (she'd been quite a catch, being Daniel Cheater's daughter), but she threatened to ruin his political career otherwise.

Shortly after Annuncia's birth, timelinewise, Sally Rose had ran away from the Everyman family, disgusted by the fact that her brother was homosexual (that happened in the last update). Ok, having his sister run into his lover one morning was probably not the best way Will could have outed himself, but Sally Rose was generally a lot more religious and conservative than her brother. Since she'd always been friends with the Breeders, they had offered her a place to live until she found a husband.

But Tobias, who knew that Nathaniel had some homosexual leanings, had been working on his younger brother, convincing him that taking a wife would be sure to cure him (or at least give him a better cover). So as soon as Nathaniel turned into an adult, he proposed to Sally Rose, who was delighted to be asked to marry into such a wonderful family (... she's naive, ok?) and accepted happily. They did decide on a long engagement, tho, so Nathaniel could get started on his career (he became a lawyer).

Tobias, who knew that he needed a wife if only for media reasons (and to get a legitimate heir), decided to take a hint from his father and started courting his intern, Josepha Normals. Josepha, being just as clueless as Sally Rose, was happy to have such a powerful and handsome man interested in her, and accepted as well.

Sidenote: for some reason, all other Breeders apart from Tobias decided they really hated Josepha. I have no real idea why, but it was interesting to see. *g*

The two couples decided on a family double wedding:

Here an overview of their house: the first floor has a small bedroom for Rebah and Annuncia. The first level has the bedrooms for the two couples, a small nursery, and the already prepared bedroom for the two prospective heirs.

And both wives promptly got pregnant, and both did give birth to fine boys. Josepha had Jacob, and Sally Rose had Isaac:

I should note that both marriages were maybe not very happy, but they weren't precisely unhappy, either. Both women had always considered the most important role for women to be that of wife and mother, and their husbands didn't *mis*treat them. There wasn't a lot of affection or woohoo, but then, lust is a sin, anyway. Each had a child to love, and most of their lives revolved around their respective sons.

For the longest time, Rebah was the only one who was looking after her sister/niece:

But imagine my surprise when suddenly, Nathaniel decided that he really loved his niece, and started to look after her, cuddle her, and otherwise take good care of her. I had such evil plans for him, and then he had to go and show a caring side. Damn. But since he wanted to, I let him take over most of Annuncia's upbringing.

Here's a typical evening at the Breeder home: the wives (Sally Rose is sitting to the side, outside of the picture) sitting demurely and silently, listening to the men talk about important matters, while in the background Rebah does all the work:

Time for birthdays! Isaac, Jacob, Annuncia and Rebah all age-transitioned on the same day. Uh-uh - Isaac and Jacob look... *interesting*.

After Annuncia had turned into a child, Nathaniel fought a fierce battle with Tobias, but in the end, he won: Annuncia was allowed to leave the house and go to school. She turned into a pretty well-adjusted child, considering the circumstances. And while she sometimes did wonder just who her mother was and what had happened to her, she knew better than to ask.

By the time the boys turned from toddlers to children, it was clear that Jacob was not the brightest bulb. Isaac, on the other hand, was already showing signs of being highly intelligent and very ruthless. And because Nathaniel still owed a big favor to Tobias after convincing him that Annuncia would be allowed to go to school, Tobias decided to call that favor in and demanded that they switch children: Isaac was now going to be considered Tobias' heir, and Jacob would be considered Nathaniel's son. Nathaniel agreed - he didn't care about either of the boys, all his love was reserved for Annuncia. Nobody considered asking Josepha and Sally Rose: they were just women, their opinions didn't count.

Isaac thrived under Tobias' tutelage:

Jacob, on the other hand, spent most of his time growing fat from junk food and loved having his his mother read his favorite teddy bear stories to him. When she was busy with other things, he mostly just sat on a chair and stared at nothing.

Rebah had finally also been allowed to hold a job (of a kind): she helped out with the local church's bible study group. Which didn't excuse her from still doing all of the cleaning:

Annuncia grew into a not very beautiful (trust me: this screenshot of her is very flattering) but highly intelligent teenager with a Popularity aspiration:

Nathaniel had taken to discussing some of his cases with her, and he was often impressed with her ideas on how to milk even more money from his clients.

And finally, Jacob and Isaac grew into teenagers as well. Isaac's birthday (he turned into - of course - a Popularity sim) was a huge event:

Jacob... well, his age-transition happened unnoticed while everyone was busy cheering Isaac. He's a Family sim.

ImmaculateHeart:

The Sisters of the Immaculate Heart nunnery got a bit of a reassignment: I was planning to use it as a place to put surplus females and elders I no longer felt like playing. But after we got that nifty resurrection reward object with Uni, I decided that the nunnery's new main objective would be the care of the communal graveyard. So I resurrected every dead sims I've had to far and had them die again on this lot to create the graveyard. The big families each have their own row; the 2 front rows are all the Pleasanttown dead, and the smaller families.

There are 4 gaps; they're graves that I accidentally lost (they were in urns, and I moved the family out of the lot, forgetting to convert the urns into gravestones first). The missing dead are: Rosa Everyman, Gunnhildr Nordic, Sally Everyman and Lally Trash. I've managed to find old copies of Rosa and Sally in my game backups, and I've managed to insert them again, I just hadn't teleported them in and then killed off yet when I took the pictures. Rosa and Lally are completely lost, their graves were gone before I made the first backup.

Sister M. Janet Normals had lived a happy life as a nun, but after the turned into an elder, her heart just couldn't take the constant ghost sightings anymore, and she joined the rows of the dead:

Sister M. Adah Breeder however wasn't happy with nunnery life. After turning into an adult, she grew more and more desperate, and finally terminally depressed.

It was never clear whether she committed suicide or just despaired herself to death:

Sister M. Innucencia is still alive, and has never had any trouble with being frightened by ghosts. She loves taking care of all the dead.

[Gameplay note: Most of the time, when someone is close to dying, I save the game, and then play this lot. I teleport in the sim that's about to die, and sometimes a couple of relatives as well so that they can cry and mourn properly. In cases where a sim dies unexpectedly/of an accident, I simply resurrect them on this lot, and then delete the 2nd death memory from the memories of their friends and relatives with SimPE).

Studious:

Tobias Breeder's ex-wife Daniela managed to build a new life for herself. I apparently never took any pictures of it, but she'd known Jason Studious for awhile, and now fell in love with him. They moved into his large cabin in the woods where he was working as a Natural Scientist.

Jason didn't mind that she already had a child, and was actually quite fond of Dinah and very successful in building a close relationship with her.

Dinah grew into pretty much the best looking Breeder offspring. She was a very serious little girl, but also quite bright and friendly. After transitioning to teenager, she got the Family aspiration.

Daniela and Jason had a baby boy who they named Thessaleus. He was an extremely bright and also a very friendly child, and turned into a teenager with a Knowledge aspiration.

After Thessaleus was out of toddlerhood, Daniela also started a 2nd career as a Newscaster. She quickly became the main Evening News anchorwoman.

Nordic:

Heltwar Nordic died after he'd spent most of his elder years in platinum. Note that Siegwulf is the only offspring of his who isn't there to mourn him. How typical of Siegwulf...
[I also love Sister Janet doing the "hey, he's dying. Isn't it *cool*?" thing in the corner of the picture]

Here's a picture of Holgar Sven working out his anger over Siegwulf's heartlessness with the punch bag. Considering how nice and harmless Holgar Sven normally is, his brother must have really pissed him off.

Holgar Sven and S'nur's son K'sun was a very lively child, and turned into a pretty teenager with a Romance aspiration. Holgar Sven's athletic genes, however, had completely passed him by, he was an utter dork when it came to any kind of sports:

Svertgart's daughter Swanhild, however, had inherited her mother's love of learning: even as a small child, she loved it if someone read to her from the Encyclopaedia Britannica. She turned into a Knowledge aspiration teenager, and there's no way she can hide the fact that her father was a Breeder male: she might have her mother's coloring, but the facial features are pure Breeder.

Nothing exciting happened with the adults: Holgar Sven's career peaked at the AllStar level, S'nur spent her time as a housewife, and Svertgart rose in the scientific career.

NordicNormals:

For some reason, I have nearly no pictures of the family. Then again, I didn't do anything exciting with them: Gunnar rose in the Athletics career, Jane Rose finished 2 bestsellers and is working on her 3rd, and Danarose grew into a lovely popularity teen. Here's a picture of her:

And here's a picture of their house.

Not very exciting, I know. But after that long part with all the Breeder drama, I needed to group all the short (and mostly boring) stories with it to be able to break the post up in even parts.

NordicCheater:

Siegwulf Nordic spent a lot of time doting on his son Wulfgart, who grew into a slightly strangelooking child and a somewhat better looking Popularity teen. He didn't get a shred of talent for sports.

Ruth Nordic not only doted on her son, she also managed to find the time to write a "Manual for the Religious Housewife". For some reason, it even became a bestseller.

Wulfgir was pretty much ignored by everyone, even tho she would have loved her father's attention (and also had inherited most of his athletic talent). Even tho Ruth heavily frowned upon it, she insisted on raising her body skill, secretly dreaming of being allowed to go to college on a sports scholarship. She also turned into a popularity teen.

Everyman

Despite Will's rather unfortunate shock outing to his sister, his joined life with Hildven was very happy. Will rose in the culinary career and was hoping to soon open his own restaurant, and Hildven spent the evenings DJing professionally.

Hildven also developed a surprising love for gardening:

Although that was mostly so that he had an easy way to get to know their very sexy gardener:

With whom he apparently shared a love for female clothes:

Will knew that Hildven was not always completely faithful, but he knew that Hildven took great care to stay clean, and that he was the one that Hildven loved most. So much so that Hildven agreed to adopt a little girl, fulfilling Will's fondest wish:

Will made certain to show Hildven exactly how much he appreciated it:

Their adopted girl was called Nina, who was a very active and playful and loved to paint.

Unfortunately, Will's dead father didn't think much of his son *adopting* an heir - and a female one at that.

Still, Nina grew into a very pretty Family-oriented teen. She absolutely loves to read romance novels, and hopes to one day live her own beautiful romance. Poor girl, she hadn't realized yet that romance novels have very little to do with reality...

BlackSingle:

Another very brief update: Shoona was having yet another affair, this time with Siegwulf Nordic (who just found it exciting to woohoo a black woman, but at least he had enough tact not to mention it).

Jamaqual and Shareequa grew into teens, with Popularity and Romance aspirations respectively:

Agrophobic:

Unfortunately, Sarrd found out that her lawyer had cheated her out of most of her trust fund that they had been relying upon to be able to afford their house, so they were forced to move into the old trailer that had previously belonged to the Native kids. It was cramped and pretty dirty, but at least it was affordable.

Narg still worked at the factory, and Sarrd had been trying and trying to write a novel that would become a bestseller. She hasn't succeeded yet, but she keeps working at it.

Their twins grew into somewhat strange looking but nice kids:

Despite all the hardships, Narg and Sarrd are still very much in love, and don't let the presence of their kids in the same room keep them from woohooing happily. Well, they keep it under the covers, at least:

Raissa was an extremely shy kid who was prone to getting bullied by others. She - rather unexpectedly - grew into quite a pretty teen, and spends a lot of her time studying cleaning. She just likes clean things.

Ronan was somewhat more outgoing and popular, but still also considered a bit strange by his classmates. He's already started to work part-time at the local mechanic, because the family needs the money. Both kids have the Family aspiration.

Trash:

If you thought that the Agrophobic's squalor was appalling, wait until you see the Trash lot:

Nanna trash also kicked the bucket, and Jeb left the family (I think. I forgot what my reason for moving him out was. Possibly I wanted to kill him off and say he died of alcoholism.)

Macie is working as a dishwasher in a fast food restaurant, and has given up trying to control any of her children.

Sally Anne has started an apprenticeship at the hairdresser, to help make money to support the family.

Josh has fallen into a criminal lifestyle, and mostly hangs out and gets drunk with fellow delinquent Dustin Broke. He's also quite racist, and hates his little half-sister because she's black, and that means that a black guy has dared to touch his mother. He threatens to kill Lucille whenever he's drunk - and he's drunk a lot - actually, he's already dug a grave in the backyard. However, all that beer drinking means that he's turning into an utter slob, and Lucille can run a lot faster than him.

They have also cobbled together a machine to forge money: it's probably only a matter of time until the police comes to get them, but they don't seem to have realized that.

Lucille is the odd girl out - not just because she's black (tho that's quite a burden in this family), but also because she seems to have gotten a very large helping of intelligence from somewhere. Whenever she can, she spends her time studying, hoping that it'll be enough to ensure she can get some scholarships, which will enable her to get out of the pit that her family lives in.

Kayelle, who turned into a Romance sim, is just waiting to find a guy who'll take care of her. To make sure that he'll find her attractive, she's making sure that she stays very very thin. Surely, 5 grapes and water is more than enough food for a whole day. Right?

Pleasant:

In the merged Pleasant/Singles household, Angela is still pretending to be the beautiful and good girl while trying to hide a growing alcohol problem. Also, despite the fact that she has a live-in boyfriend, she still flirts with any male teen she meets (whether they are interested or not):

Her boyfriend Dustin Broke spends most of his time lazing around the house (he has a secret passion for romance novels - but he'll probably kill anyone who mentions this), or hanging out with Josh Trash doing illegal things.

Lilith however has started to bloom, because Jenny Singles immediately noticed that Lilith had been shamefully neglected. For the first time in Lilith's life, someone was actually interested in her, and helped her (Jenny was shocked to realize that Lilith had made it halfway through teenhood without anyone ever teaching her how to study). She also encouraged Lilith to follow her dream of learning to play the bass:

Daniel spends a lot of time either brown nosing his Normalville Lawyer associates, or carrying on affairs with their wives:

He should, however, try to be a bit more discreet - Lilith has enough reasons to hate him already:

Poor Daniel was having a hard time keeping up with young Leni FilthyRich, tho - he's getting close to transitioning to elder, after all, and Leni is a very demanding lover...

And then there's Jill, who's very nice but also very quiet. She grew into a Family sim:

Goth/Caliente:

Mortimer Goth died:

As did Dinah's wife Tamak Native:

Bella and Dinah knew each other, and they helped each other through their mourning, eventually becoming quite good friends:

Until one drunken night of fooling around led to something neither of them had expected:

Soon afterwards, they decided to move in together, and with the money Bella had inherited from Mortimer, they bought a nice cozy home for themselves and Alexander:

And here's Alexander, Pleasanttown's nerdiest nerd (and of course a Knowledge sim):

Burb:

John Burb was mostly busy working as Daniel Pleasant's younger partner in their Law firm. Since he wasn't home often (he was off socializing with their Normalville partners - and also having an affair with Leni FilthyRich), Jennifer took care of the kid's education. She enjoyed it so much, she eventually started to work in the Education career.

Both Lucy and Jeffrey were nice and polite kids, and both grew into Family teens:

Broke:

After living together for quite a bit, Brandi and Clarissa finally decided to officially get joined:

Beau and Clara grew up as best friends and turned into Family sims:

Stephen, Brandi's youngest, grew into a fine boy and became a popularity sim.

Curious:

[I know Vicund is really named Vidcund, but I misread it when I first started playing them, and I've gotten so used to Vicund that I've used SimPE to rename him]

I decided to split up the Curious family into two branches, so that Pascal and Sine could have a child of their own. I then also decided that Vicund and Laszlo living alone together would maybe create a false impression for their neighbors (well, actually a correct one, since they've been very slowly starting to flirt with each other since I've started playing them).

So, as a ruse, they invited their half-sisters, Chloe and Lola Singles, to live with them and pose as their wives. In a weird coincidence, Chloe and Lola were also involved with each other, so they were quite happy with that suggestion. Chloe is pretending to be Vicund's wife, and Lola is pretending to be Laszlos's.

Here's their home:

It seems like a somewhat strange combination, since Lola is older than Laszlo, and grumpy Vicund is rather unlikely to have managed to woo such a beautiful woman as Chloe, but strangely enough, each of these pairings are really good friends. Even if Lola sometimes thinks that Laszlo is *really* weird:

Vicund is a total neat-freak: nothing makes him happier than the chance to clean something:

Chloe is on the modelling career path, and is a "speciality model" (think 'special interest'. think 'PlayAlien'). She generally likes the work, but having to stay in stop shape physically is hard for her - she's just not very athletically talented:

When she's not working or lounging around the house, she loves to play in the bathtub:

Laszlo, Pascal, Vicund and Lola all own the local Paranormal News periodical. They've managed to turn their passion for the weird into a decently lucrative business. Pascal, Vicund and Lola work on the articles - they're on the journalist career track -, and Laszlo works as a photographer. They have a large network of other Paranormal enthusiasts who often call them up and tell them about exciting new theories:

And here's the home where Pascal and Sine live with Pascal's cloned daughter Sunna:

Pascal and Sine are still madly in love, and eventually Sine got pregnant, and they had a daughter named Leafé (ignore Sine's temporary experiment with colored contact lenses and heavy lipstick):

Except Iriale, all the Curious kids didn't look like much as children, so imagine my surprise when they all grew into very pretty teenagers.

Sunna (Knowledge):

Leafé (Popularity):

Iriale (Popularity):

Aksin (Knowledge):

Erekosë (Romance):

Loner:

After moving the Singles sisters into the Curious household (and killing off Karen Singles because I realized I had no need for her), I was left with Ajay Loner and Erin Singles. Thankfully, they proved to be very compatible and soon fell in love.

As soon as Ajay had a job that paid a halfway decent wage, he proposed to Erin, and they immediately got married:

After both had climbed a few career levels (Ajay works the medical field, and Erin is in ShowBiz), they decided it was time to have a child. They ended up with a little girl that they called Anjuli.

Anjuli had in herited her father's love for logic, and adored all the bedtime stories that he told her about his homeland, India. She loved the fact that she's inherited his Indian coloring and insisted on wearing ethnic clothes:

Anjuli was got along great with both parents, and grew into a beautiful Knowledge sim:

This is their home:

Grunt:

Tank and Nervous finally officially got joined:

Ripp grew into a decent-looking adult - but he's an extremely lazy Romance sim. He works as a museum guard, mostly because it means he only has to stand around, *and* gets to flirt with the good-looking visitors.

He is good-looking enough that even Nervous occasionally has some naughty thoughts about him (since Nervous couldn't tell a lie if his life depended on it, Tank knows that Nervous is somewhat attracted to Ripp. That really doesn't help the relationship between the brothers - it's just barely positive):

Still, Nervous would never cheat on Tank, after all, Tank is the one whose love turned Nervous into a better person, and Tank is the one who is responsible for the fact that they were allowed to adopt a child.

Their new daughter's name is Ukme, and she *adores* her new home, especially her extra-bouncy bed:

She also is very active, and shows a lot of interest in Tank's sporting equipment:

One has to wonder if Ripp is a good influence to have around a young and impressionable child: not only does he parade around in his tight underwear, he also loves to play the guitar while naked:

Whether it's because of Ripp or not, Ukme does turn out to be a Romance sim:

oh, and there's also Buck. Who's boring an overachiever in the science career track.

Nigmos:

Ophelia and Johnny Nigmos are happily married. Ophelia works on the Fashion career track, and Johnny works is an Astronomer. They're expecting their first child - and they're lucky Ophelia didn't miscarry, considering how much Olive seems to have her from beyond the grave and try to scare her to death:

But all goes well, and soon they're joined by a little boy named Jamar:

Who grows into a good-looking kid with a Popularity aspiration.

Dreamer:

Cassandra is rising in the science career, and Darren is living his dream of being a moderately successful painter. They also finally got married after Russell was born:

Dirk spends a lot of time working and studying (he works in the IT career), and also trying to squeeze in some time with his girlfriend Lilith. He doesn't often have time for his little brother, but they still get along very well:

And finally, Russell grew into a family sim:

WHEW. That's it for now. Next update... somewhen. I don't think I'll wait another month, because that's way too much work to do in one go. Probably depends on what interesting storylines develop...
